Kilchoman 2011 Rum Cask.
It is aged for 8 years, using heavy peated malt with a phenol value of 50 ppm, which is fully-burned with Islay peat, and finished in a jamai column barrel for about 1 year.
Bottling with single cask, cask strength.
Whilst there is complexity due to the aging of the rumb barrel, whiskey with plenty of fruits, sea breeze and the taste of peat smoke is wonderful.
It is open from 18:00 to 3:00 today🙇♀️
