The clean type uses Hakushu malt brew aged for more than 6 years in “Sugi barrel” using cedar wood for the end plate, the malt brew aged in white oak at the Hakushu Distillery, and the clean type grain brew of the Chita Distillery. Blend carefully. You can enjoy the refreshing fragrance and refreshing sweetness of Sugitararu sake.
