Yamazaki LIMITED EDITION 2017.
We use rare Yamazaki malt that has been aged for over 20 years in European oak barrels that have grown good sake such as sherry and port.
By combining it with the young and lively raw sake of American oak, the result is a sweet, smooth and complex Yamazaki.
The bottle with the scenery when the Yamazaki Distillery was opened is also wonderful.
We are open from 18:00 to 3:00 today as well🙇♀️
