The Dalmore Distillery is a historic distillery founded in 1839 in Alness, a town along the Cromarty Bay that leads to the North Sea in the Highlands.
It is also known as the key malt of the blended whiskey .
Unlike the official rich style, Pete Smoke creates complexity, a light and dry rare dalmore perfect for starters.
