良質な水源があることから、元々は紡績工場だった土地を蒸溜所へ転換した珍しい経緯があり、その工場当時の建物は今もなお、熟成庫として使用されています😊🌿

The Deanston Distillery was founded in 1965 and is located in the South Highlands, near the border between the Highlands and the Lowlands.
Due to the quality of the water source, there was an unusual process in which the land that was originally a spinning factory was converted into a distillery, and the building at the time of that factory is still used as a aging storage.
It’s also the shooting location for the movie “Angel’s Share.”
