A clean type Chita Grain brew that was distilled in 2000 was aged in white oak barrels for 15 years or more, and then aged in Sakura barrels for 3 more years.
A single grain whiskey at the Chita Distillery that blends the Chita Grain original sake that has been aged for 12 or 21 years or longer, making use of the characteristics of the flavor that reminds us of Sakura Mochi.
