ほとんどはバーボン樽で寝かせていますが、約10％はシェリー樽を使い両者をうまくミックスしています🥃
ピート香、樽香ともにライトに仕上がっており、
その味わいは花のようなモルトと評されています💐💐

Nokkandu 21 years 1994 Master Reserve.
Nokkandu means “small black hill” in Gaelic and the distillery stands on a hill overlooking the Spey river.
Most are laid in bourbon barrels, but about 10% use sherry barrels to mix the two well.
Both the peat and barrel scents are lightly finished, and the taste is said to be flower-like malt.
It is open from 18:00 to 3:00 today🙇♀️
